Job Description & Requirements

Manages day-to-day operations at a single-person client site, delivering contracted office services—copy/print, mail and courier, managed print, imaging/scanning, hospitality, and basic facilities support—while serving as the primary customer contact and ensuring Ricoh Service Excellence standards and cost controls are met.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Run daily operations of the mailroom, copy center, scanning, shipping/receiving, or reception area.

  • Operate office equipment (PCs, MFDs, imaging, mail machines) and meet service-level agreements.

  • Create/close work orders, monitor contractors, inspect areas, report facility issues, and handle supply re-orders.

  • Coordinate conference rooms and A/V resources; manage hospitality requests.

  • Collect service data; prepare routine reports and support monthly client invoicing.

  • Maintain positive client relationships, resolve issues, and identify workflow improvements.

  • Achieve profitability targets by controlling materials and supply costs.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience

  • 1+ years B2B or technical experience; at least 1 year in a customer-facing role.

  • Familiarity with office technology and basic troubleshooting.

Required Education

  • High-school diploma or GED.

Work Environment

  • Professional office setting with normal lighting, ventilation, temperature, and noise.

  • Mostly sedentary with periodic walking, standing, bending, and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.

  • Regular use of calculators, keyboards, and other office tools; role involves interpreting and conveying detailed information.
