Primary Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation and demonstrate a willingness to learn custom appliance installations (training provided).
• Accurately handle and install basic gas and electric household appliances, including washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators.
• Ensure installed appliances are damage-free, properly installed according to manufacturer specifications, and fully functional.
• Interact professionally and courteously with builders, designers, and on-site customers.
• Attend company-paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay current with product changes.
• Perform driver duties and responsibilities as required.

Required Experience

• 1+ years of experience in Appliance Delivery & Installation Service is preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possession of a DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally with the assistance of lifting equipment (e.g., stair climber, oven lifts, air sled).
• Strong customer service skills and ability to deliver "white glove service" to customers.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.
