As a valued team member, you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of satellite dishes and receivers. Your responsibilities include fostering positive customer relationships, troubleshooting, and guaranteeing a seamless and enjoyable customer experience. This dynamic role involves both indoor and outdoor tasks at customer residences and commercial buildings and must follow safety guidelines.

Pay: Up to $22 an hour or more

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide installation and maintenance services for satellite dishes and receivers.

• Foster positive customer relationships through exceptional service.

• Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure seamless functionality.

• Follow strict safety guidelines while working in both indoor and outdoor environments.

• Recommend solutions and products to enhance the customer experience.

Required Experience

• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to excellence.

• Ability to multi-task and work independently.

• Motivation to learn and master new technologies.

• A valid driver’s license.

• Previous experience in installation or technical support is a plus but not required.

Work Environment

• Must be able to climb ladders and meet manufacturer’s safety requirements (candidate’s body weight + 25 lbs of tools/equipment must not exceed 375 pounds).

• Ability to lift 60-80 pounds and climb 28-36 foot ladders.

• Work may be performed in environments without heating or air conditioning.

• May require kneeling, crawling, bending, or other physically demanding positions.

• Flexible work schedule, including weekends or evenings.
