Job Description & Requirements
The Area Customer Service Coordinator supports daily operations, implementations, expansions, and administration of all Managed Services Accounts within an assigned operational area. This position requires a versatile skill set, as it involves supporting customer accounts across varying industries, assisting with onboarding, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with Ricoh’s Service Excellence Methodology. The role may require travel to multiple locations for various tasks, including covering absences, vacation days, and supporting service expansions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations for all contracted services at customer accounts within a geographical area.
- Assist management with process improvements, procedural testing, and field compliance.
- Support Field Implementation Managers with new customer account implementations and service expansions.
- Assist with onboarding new team members and cross-training peers.
- Develop and maintain Site Procedure Guides and share best practices.
- Conduct visual inspections of site services to ensure Ricoh and customer compliance with safety standards.
- Gather and provide feedback via surveys to improve customer experience.
- Cover for absences, vacations, or other needs at customer locations, which may include site management duties.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through engagement and resolution of any concerns.
- Collect data for Monthly Operations Reviews as directed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 12 months of related work experience.
- Ability to travel between 40-50 miles across various customer accounts as required.
- Experience with common software applications, including file folder management and navigating network production folders.
- Strong ability to maintain positive, productive relationships with co-workers and customers.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
Required Education:
- High school diploma required; post-high school education is encouraged and preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Typically an office or warehouse environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise levels.
- May require long periods of standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, or similar activities.
- Lifting or moving items up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling machines weighing up to 400 lbs may be necessary.
- Frequent local car travel, with occasional longer commutes.
- Schedule flexibility is required, as some sites may have varying operating hours.
