At MasTec Advanced Technologies, your smile and technical expertise are in demand. You will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of satellite dishes, receivers, and other home technologies. This dynamic role involves both indoor and outdoor tasks at customer residences and commercial buildings, all while following safety guidelines. You’ll foster positive customer relationships, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Pay: Up to $22 an hour or more

Primary Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain satellite dishes, receivers, and related home technologies.
• Foster positive customer relationships by providing exceptional service.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with equipment and resolve them promptly.
• Perform work both indoors and outdoors, following safety protocols.
• Advise and recommend the best solutions and products to meet customer needs.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures.
• Perform other duties as required for customer satisfaction.

Required Experience:

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including climbing ladders and lifting 60-80 pounds.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in customer service and providing technical support is a plus.
• Ability to work in environments that may not be heated or air-conditioned.
• Previous experience in similar technical roles is beneficial but not required.
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and MVR (driving record) check.
