Job Description & Requirements

You won’t just provide and install advanced home technologies – from satellite dishes to home security and smart home automation – you’ll be the technician customers trust. This role offers competitive wages with performance-based compensation, paid training, deeply discounted DIRECTV, and a pay rate of up to $22 an hour or more.


As part of a collaboration with a leading Satellite industry partner, you will install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers. You will be essential in delivering a seamless customer experience, performing both indoor and outdoor work at customer residences and commercial buildings while adhering to safety guidelines.


Primary Responsibilities

Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

Troubleshoot and resolve service issues

Recommend appropriate solutions and products based on customer needs

Work independently while managing multiple tasks

Follow all safety protocols and work procedures


Required Experience

Valid driver’s license

Ability to lift 60–80 pounds and climb 28–36 foot ladders

Must meet manufacturer safety requirements (body weight + 25 lbs ≤ 375 lbs)

Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

Ability to work in physically demanding positions such as kneeling, crawling, and bending

Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends or evenings

Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently

Interest in learning and applying new technologies

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and MVR (driving record) check


Work Environment

Indoor and outdoor work settings, regardless of weather conditions

Physical tasks include climbing ladders, lifting heavy equipment, kneeling, and crawling

Role requires adherence to safety protocols in a safety-sensitive position
