Primary Responsibilities
Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers at residential and commercial locations
Foster positive customer relationships and provide excellent service
Troubleshoot equipment and service issues
Recommend and advise customers on products and services
Work independently, managing multiple tasks effectively
Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines during indoor and outdoor installations
Required Experience
Ability to climb ladders and work at heights (must meet equipment safety requirements)
Lift 60–80 pounds and operate ladders 28–36 feet in height
Work in environments that may not be heated or air-conditioned
Perform tasks requiring kneeling, crawling, or bending
Strong customer service skills and willingness to learn new technologies
Valid driver’s license required
Must pass pre-employment drug test, background check, and MVR check
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
Work Environment
Work may be performed inside or outside regardless of weather conditions
May involve uncomfortable physical positions such as kneeling or crawling
Safety-sensitive role requiring strict adherence to safety protocols
