Job Description & Requirements
As a Retail Sales Professional at Comcast, you will work directly with customers in a retail location to evaluate their potential product needs and make appropriate recommendations. The base pay for this position is $18.70 per hour, with a targeted commission bringing the total compensation to $26.39 per hour. This role offers unlimited salary potential with uncapped commissions based on sales performance. Primary Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers in a retail location to evaluate product needs and make recommendations.
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer inquiries related to account statements and service requests.
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products and services.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product offerings, including competitive products.
- Contribute to a fun and competitive sales environment.
- Assist customers with upgrades, account changes, and billing inquiries.
- Demonstrate a passion for technology, especially Comcast products and services.
Required Experience:
- 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Ability to work in alternate locations as required.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Work Environment:
- This position requires the ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and stand or move about the store frequently.
