As a Delivery & Set-Up Driver, you'll be at the forefront of Ricoh’s customer experience, ensuring the safe and efficient relocation and delivery of office equipment. Your warm demeanor and attention to detail will directly impact customer satisfaction and future purchase decisions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Safely deliver equipment to designated customer locations, adhering to DOT regulations.

• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.

• Perform efficient pick-up and delivery practices to minimize costs.

• Provide basic equipment training and network installation support during deliveries.

• Collaborate with dispatchers, field technicians, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Accurately complete and process all required paperwork, including delivery documentation and customer signatures.

• Maintain thorough records of delivery transactions.

Required Experience

• Minimum of two years of medium-duty truck driving experience.

• Safe driving record.

• On-the-job technical training in networking and installation.

Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to drive commercial vehicles per FMCSR regulations.

Work Environment

• Involves driving, lifting equipment, and delivering to a variety of customer sites.

• May require operation of warehouse equipment and use of smart devices.

• Some exposure to varying road and weather conditions.
