Ferguson is seeking a Supply Chain Customer Service Representative for a full-time position in Portland, OR. This role offers a competitive pay range of $15.00 - $22.77 per hour and is eligible for bonus or incentive plans. Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate within DC Customer Service (DCCS) Service Now portal to provide accurate and thorough information to branches
- Answer incoming calls and log requests in Service Now
- Respond to branch inquiries with detailed information
- Track requests with vendors and DCs for status updates
- Cancel orders within Trilogie/Highjump and with vendors as needed
- Update shipping addresses and methods as requested
- Re-consign freight with carriers when necessary
- Educate the field on policies and procedures within Supply Chain
- Communicate operational issues and help identify efficiency improvements
- Represent the company professionally while providing quality customer service
- Abide by company policies, safety rules, and regulations
- Support corporate programs and initiatives
- Work overtime as needed and perform other duties as assigned
Required Experience

- Problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
- Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS),
