Join our dynamic team as a Print Support Specialist where you'll play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' experience through top-notch operations support. Engage with cutting-edge technology in high-volume duplicating, production, sorting, and mailing tasks, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction. From troubleshooting and equipment maintenance to reception duties, you’ll be at the heart of our service delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume 2D or 3D print and copy machines with a focus on quality and efficiency.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate for prompt resolution.

• Provide excellent customer service, manage job requests, and coordinate service calls.

• Maintain accurate records, manage supply inventory, and calculate service charges.

• Assist with job delivery, building functions, and occasional reception or maintenance support.

• Adhere to safety standards and equipment handling protocols.

Required Experience

• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience.

• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Required Education

• High school diploma or GED.
