We’re seeking a dependable and safety-minded Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating material handling equipment, executing warehouse processes including shipping and receiving, and maintaining inventory accuracy—all while supporting an efficient, organized, and safety-first environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Material Handling & Equipment Operation

• Safely operate powered material handling equipment (Reach, Dock Stocker, Sit-Down Forklift)

• Complete daily equipment inspections and report issues or needed repairs

• Load and unload shipments for LTL, TL trailers, and vans

• Secure and palletize shipments to prevent in-transit damage

Warehouse & Inventory Control

• Use RF scanners to accurately process incoming/outgoing orders

• Inspect freight for accuracy, condition, and documentation

• Conduct cycle counts, inventory audits, and QA inspections

• Consolidate stock to improve space and operational flow

Compliance & Safety

• Comply with company safety policies, 5S standards, and C-TPAT requirements

• Complete C-TPAT inspections and documentation for international shipments

• Support security procedures for warehouse and equipment

• Follow SOPs and work instructions consistently

Team & Operational Support

• Meet productivity and quality standards

• Cross-train to support various warehouse functions

• Assist with onboarding and training new staff

• Contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience, including 1 year operating stand-up forklifts

• Valid forklift certification for Reach, Dock Stocker, or Sit-Down trucks

• Proficient with RF scanning equipment

Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Work Environment

• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and moving wheeled items up to 700 lbs

• Comfortable with extended periods of walking, standing, bending, and reaching
