Job Description & Requirements

Responsible for the data entry and maintenance of all inventory product movement. Salary range is $19.00-$20.00.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assists in updating a database to track the location, transfer, and disposal of product.
  • Prepares and generates monthly/quarterly reporting for inventory management.
  • Assists in the preparation and conducting of physical inventories on a quarterly and annual basis as required.
  • Reports to management areas of concern regarding issues within inventory control.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

  • Proficiency in MS Business Suite is required.

Required Education:

  • High school degree or equivalent is required.

Working Conditions:

  • Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level.
  • Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend and apply complex material, data, and instruction; prepare, provide, and convey diversified information.
  • Minimal physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 10 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files, and small parts, etc.). Moderate dexterity required with regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination).
