Job Description & Requirements

Ferguson is currently seeking an individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Support Representative. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
  • Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
  • Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
  • Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
  • Effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

Required Experience

  • 3-5 years of Commercial/Plumbing sales experience is required.
  • Trilogy software knowledge is preferred.
  • Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
  • Proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
  • Highly motivated and customer service oriented, with a relationship-building mindset.
  • General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
  • Quick to learn product knowledge and processes.
