Primary Responsibilities

• Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers

• Foster positive customer relationships

• Troubleshoot and ensure seamless customer experiences

• Perform indoor and outdoor tasks at residential and commercial properties

• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols

Required Experience

• Customer service mindset with ability to recommend solutions and products

• Willingness to learn and master new technologies

• Ability to work independently and multitask 

• A valid driver’s license

Work Environment

• Must be able to climb 28-36 foot ladders and lift 60-80 pounds

• Work may occur in non-heated or non-air-conditioned environments

• Requires kneeling, crawling, and bending

• Work performed both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather

• Strict adherence to safety protocols is required
