This dynamic position involves both indoor and outdoor tasks at customer residences and commercial buildings, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Pay: Up to $22 an hour or more

Primary Responsibilities

• Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers at residential and commercial properties
• Foster positive customer relationships by delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience
• Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions
• Master the latest technologies and products
• Advise customers on the best products and services to meet their needs
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
• Work independently while managing multiple tasks

Required Experience

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 60–80 pounds and climb 28–36 foot ladders
• Must meet manufacturer safety requirements (body weight + 25 lbs of tools must not exceed 375 lbs)
• Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments and in varying weather conditions
• Able to kneel, crawl, bend, and assume uncomfortable positions as needed
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and MVR (driving record) check
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work independently

Work Environment

• Work may occur in environments that are not heated or air-conditioned
• Tasks are performed both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather conditions
• Physical requirements include lifting, climbing ladders, kneeling, and crawling
