At MasTec Advanced Technologies, your smile and technical expertise are in demand. In this role, you will provide and install the most advanced home technologies, including satellite dishes, home security, and smart home automation. You'll be the technician customers trust. The position offers competitive wages, with performance-based compensation and incentives (if you do more, you earn more). Primary Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of satellite dishes and receivers.
• Troubleshooting and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Foster positive customer relationships.
• Complete both indoor and outdoor tasks at customer residences and commercial buildings while following safety guidelines.

Required Experience:

• Ability to climb ladders and meet manufacturer’s safety requirements on equipment.
• Ability to lift 60-80 pounds and climb 28-36 foot ladders.
• Previous experience or willingness to learn about home technologies and installation processes.
• Strong multitasking and independent work skills.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and MVR check.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings.

Work Environment:

• Work may be performed in environments that are not heated or air-conditioned.
• Work could be inside or outside, regardless of weather conditions.
• Tasks may require kneeling, crawling, bending, or other positions that may be uncomfortable.
