Boise Cascade Company has an exciting opening for a Material Handler! Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform daily distribution yard activities for the facility
• Receive, store, and ship/build loads
• Operate forklift and ensure load matches order prior to vehicle exiting yard
• Perform customer service activities
• Apply mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Maintain good housekeeping in the work area
• Follow safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
• Demonstrate commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Experience:

• HS Diploma, GED, or two (2) years equivalent work experience
• Must be able to understand and communicate safety and other work-related instructions

Work Environment:

• Warehouse operations environment with considerable physical exertion
• Duties performed in all weather conditions
