Job Description & Requirements

Boise Cascade is hiring for Door / Millwork Assemblers. The position offers starting pay of $19.00/hour, plus DOE (depending on experience) and bonuses. Great benefits are offered, starting on Day 1, with full-time work and overtime opportunities. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the construction of interior and exterior doors made to order.
  • Check product and raw material specifications (lengths, angles).
  • Transport raw materials and finished products to and from machinery, equipment, and storage areas.
  • Pull inventory as needed.
  • Read a tape measure down to 1/16" (helpful, but not required).
  • Follow safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • May train, assign, and oversee work of others, ensuring tasks are completed and meet specifications.
  • Detail-oriented, able to read and understand work orders.
  • May manage raw materials and finished goods inventory, as well as materials order replenishment.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

  • Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or two (2) years equivalent work experience.
  • Must be able to understand and communicate safety and other work-related instructions.
  • Ability to adapt to warehouse routines and physical exertion.
