Job Description & Requirements

Comcast is seeking a Retail Sales Professional with an hourly pay rate of $18.70 base plus targeted commission, with total target compensation ranging from $23.69 to $27.09 per hour. This includes uncapped commission potential based on performance. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Interact directly with customers in a retail location to assess their product needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service during all interactions.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, payment processing, and service changes.
  • Promote Comcast/Xfinity products as a brand ambassador.
  • Stay knowledgeable on product offerings, including competitive services.
  • Maintain a fun, competitive environment while helping customers integrate Comcast services into their daily lives.

Required Experience:

  • 2-5 years of related experience; preference given to those with experience in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role with the ability to meet sales targets.

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Work Environment:

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Regular attendance is required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25-pound boxes and stand or move around the store frequently.
