Job Description & Requirements

Comcast is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Retail Sales Professional . The position offers a base pay of $18.70 per hour, with the potential to earn a total target compensation of $26.39 per hour (including targeted commission). This role comes with uncapped commissions, offering significant earning potential for those who exceed sales targets. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers in a retail location, assessing their product needs and making appropriate recommendations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, addressing any inquiries regarding accounts, services, and product offerings.
  • Assist customers with account management, billing questions, service upgrades, and processing service requests.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products and services.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Comcast products, services, and competitive offerings.
  • Contribute to a fun and competitive team environment.
  • Participate in on-the-job training and foster growth in a technology-driven, customer-focused culture.

Required Experience:

  • 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • Ability to lift 25-pound boxes and stand or move throughout the store as needed.

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Work Environment:

  • Retail environment with flexible scheduling to meet business needs.
  • Frequent standing and moving around the store are required.
  • The role may require working in different store locations as needed.
