Job Description & Requirements
In this position, you will perform activities that support the management of inventory at Service sites. This includes managing all shipping and receiving duties for materials and tools and assisting with expediting critical time-sensitive parts. You will also take full responsibility for inventory counts both cyclical and annual in our ERP system and physically.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage shipping and receiving duties for materials and tools.
- Expedite critical time-sensitive parts.
- Conduct cyclical and annual inventory counts in both the ERP system and physically.
- Work in the site warehouse parts & tools rooms.
- Utilize computer skills for data entry and inventory management.
- Maintain a safety-focused mindset while working.
Required Experience
- At least one year of wind industry experience or 2-3 years in an inventory or material handling role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft systems, including Excel, Teams, and email.
- Experience with ERP systems for data entry.

Work Environment
- Required to lift up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques consistently throughout the shift.
- Required to exert (push/pull) up to 50 lbs of force regularly.
- Required to climb ladders throughout the shift using proper fall protection.
- Required to operate vehicles and forklifts.
- Must wear safety equipment, including safety glasses, hearing protection, a hard hat, high-visibility clothing, steel-toe boots, gloves, and hand-held radios.
