Location of this Position
Sargent, TX (Peyton Creek site)

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and/or installation work on assigned wind turbines with minimal supervision.
• Follow defined schedules and procedures, including safety protocols and verbal/written instructions.
• Provide mentorship to entry-level technicians.
• Work in various conditions, including heights of up to 250 feet and small spaces.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of safety and quality.

Required Experience

• At least 1 year of technical wind industry experience, OR six months of technical wind industry experience with a certificate from a wind technician program, OR a minimum of three years’ experience in electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, composite skills, or heavy machinery.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders while carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with intermediate-level power tools (e.g., hydraulic tools, diagnostic tools).

Required Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Working Conditions

• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Climbing and carrying tools and equipment.
