Ferguson is seeking a Senior Appliance Installation Associate to deliver, install, and remove a wide variety of appliances in residential and commercial settings. This role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $21.39 – $34.17, with bonus or incentive plan eligibility. Primary Responsibilities

• Provide support to installation teams and observe installations, offering feedback for ongoing training.
• Resolve claims and customer issues while promoting strong customer retention.
• Maintain organized parts storage areas, place replenishment orders, and ensure company trucks remain clean and organized.
• Liaise between warehouse leadership and Area Installation Manager to communicate needs and improvements.
• Perform pre- and post-installation inspections, engaging with builders to build strong rapport.
• Enter data, pull reports, and create project master sheets using third-party software applications.
• Drive and perform delivery responsibilities as needed.

Required Experience

• Prior experience in construction, kitchen, plumbing, or home appliance products/installations highly preferred.
• Proven leadership experience preferred, acting as a resource for installers, sales associates, and customers.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document job notes clearly, read and understand product specifications and project plans (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Required Education

• Valid state-issued driver’s license (must be at least 21 years of age).
• Possession of or ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Work Environment

• On-site role, Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.
• Focus on installation of professional-style, built-in appliances including ranges, refrigeration, wall ovens, dishwashers, and specialty appliances.
