Job Description & Requirements
The Office Supervisor supervises a 1‑ to 3‑person site, aligning daily operations with firm objectives, nurturing team development, and maintaining exemplary client relationships to ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Primary Responsibilities

Set strategic direction for the site and launch initiatives that boost efficiency and service quality.

Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop employees, fostering a culture of learning and high performance.

Act as primary client contact—build relationships, anticipate needs, and secure satisfaction and retention.

Oversee day‑to‑day workflows, resources, and adherence to legal‑industry standards and regulations.

Analyze data to spot trends, guide decisions, and drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Resolve issues and conflicts promptly and diplomatically, modeling professionalism at all times.
Required Experience
-
2 + years in the legal industry with direct client interaction.

Demonstrated leadership, training, and team‑development abilities.

Strong interpersonal, customer‑service, and organizational skills.
Nice to Have: Classroom or informal training experience; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, legal software; familiarity with multiple legal practice areas; experience with advanced office equipment.
Required Education

High‑school diploma or GED.
