Ferguson is currently seeking a Showroom Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers and delivering exceptional service while supporting sales efforts in a dynamic showroom environment. Hours are Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the showroom floor.
• Increase knowledge of the full product offering.
• Support Outside Sales Associates.
• Perform administrative functions to support Showroom Sales Consultants.
• Deliver personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing.
• Update customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and respond to general sales inquiries.

Required Experience

• 0–3 years of prior customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances is a plus.
• Results-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated with a passion for customer service.
• General digital literacy and ability to multitask.
• Quick learner with a team-oriented mindset.
