Job Description & Requirements
Ferguson is currently seeking a Showroom Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers and delivering exceptional service while supporting sales efforts in a dynamic showroom environment. Hours are Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist customers on the showroom floor.
- Increase knowledge of the full product offering.
- Support Outside Sales Associates.
- Perform administrative functions to support Showroom Sales Consultants.
- Deliver personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing.
- Update customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and respond to general sales inquiries.
Required Experience
- 0–3 years of prior customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances is a plus.
- Results-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated with a passion for customer service.
- General digital literacy and ability to multitask.
- Quick learner with a team-oriented mindset.
