Vestas is offering a $2,500 USD sign-on bonus for this position. If you are equipped with Basic Safety Training (BST), Basic Technical Training (BTT), and Advanced Rescue Training (ART) certifications from the Global Wind Organization (GWO), you are already one step ahead in this exciting opportunity. Primary Responsibilities

• Perform major corrective maintenance on various wind turbine platforms and brands
• Work at heights and in confined spaces while being exposed to weather elements
• Ensure safety protocols are followed in all tasks
• Travel to different sites for training and other assignments, with up to 33% travel per year

Required Experience

• At least 1 year of wind turbine experience or 2-3 years of relevant experience in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical troubleshooting, or agricultural fields
• A safety-focused mindset
• Ability to work well in a team environment and demonstrate a positive attitude

Required Education

• GWO certifications (BST, BTT, ART)
