Ferguson is hiring a Senior Installation Associate starting at $28/hr or more based on experience, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7am – 5pm or until completion. This role specializes in residential appliances, including built-in professional-style appliances such as 36”-60” ranges, built-in refrigeration, wall ovens, dishwashers, coffee machines, and wine dispensers. Primary Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to other installation teams.
• Observe and provide feedback for installer training and development.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and claims.
• Maintain organized and stocked parts storage areas and company trucks.
• Act as liaison between warehouse leadership and Area Installation Manager.
• Perform pre- and post-installation inspections and build rapport with builders.
• Collaborate with Area Installation Manager on program improvements.
• Use 3rd party software for data entry and report generation.
• Fulfill driver responsibilities as needed.

Required Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in construction, kitchen, plumbing, or home appliance products/installations highly preferred.
• Proven leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service and communication.
• Ability to read and understand product specifications and project plans is highly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Required Education

• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possession of or ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.
