James Martin Vanities is currently seeking an individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Support Representative. The pay range for this position is $18.71 - $29.92 per hour. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.

• Ensure delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.

• Answer sales calls for general information and address customer concerns or questions.

• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems and phone systems effectively.

• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, customer behavior, and market trends to provide actionable insights.

• Develop an understanding of customer portals and tools to streamline inventory and discontinued product submissions.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, email marketing, and social media initiatives.

• Respond to customer inquiries, manage reviews, and ensure a positive shopping experience by addressing issues promptly.

• Assist with preparing weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, website traffic, and other key metrics.

• Conduct competitive research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

• Coordinate projects related to product launches, website updates, and promotional events.

• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and organizing files.

Required Experience

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.

• Strong sales skills, including upselling capabilities.

• Proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions.

• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.

• Customer service-oriented with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Word.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
