Primary Responsibilities

• Construct doors and windows made to order, ensuring product and raw material specifications (lengths, angles) are met.
• Set up door machinery and equipment to specifications.
• Transport raw materials and finished products to and from machinery, equipment, and storage areas.
• Load and unload inventory as needed.
• Apply mathematical calculations and concepts involving fractions, decimals, percentages, etc.
• Manage and provide reports on production, quality, and order fulfillment processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
• May train, assign, and oversee the work of others to ensure work is completed according to order specifications.
• Assist location manager and sales team in promoting and describing the fabrication process to customers.
• Handle raw materials and finished goods inventory, including materials order replenishment and maintaining product pricing.
• Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience

• Basic Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or two (2) years of equivalent work experience.
• Ability to understand and communicate safety and work-related instructions.
• Alertness and ability to adapt to warehouse routines.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.

Required Education

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Typically, more than three (3) years of experience in a related job function. Role may require technical certification or an associate's degree.
