Ferguson’s Installation Associates deliver, install, and remove a wide variety of appliances in both commercial and residential settings. Primary Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation and demonstrate a willingness to learn custom installations (training provided).
• Handle and install basic gas and electric household appliances such as washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators.
• Ensure appliances are damage-free, installed according to manufacturer specifications, and fully functional.
• Interact professionally and courteously with builders, designers, and on-site customers.
• Attend company-paid training seminars and certifications to stay current on product updates.
• Perform driver responsibilities as needed.

Required Experience

• 1+ years of experience in appliance delivery and installation is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to deliver “white glove service.”
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally with lifting equipment.

Pay Range

• Starting at $25.00 per hour

Required Education

• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possession of a DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.

Work Environment

• Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., with possible overtime.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.
