Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide quality service by installing an array of products, including TV mounts, sound bars, speakers, smart locks, smart speakers, video doorbells, and smart thermostats.
• Recommend and advise customers on the best technologies to meet their needs.
• Ensure all installations are performed safely and correctly.
• Continuously learn about new technologies and installation techniques.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Required Experience:

• Experience in home installation services or a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform all phases of installation with various home technology products.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and MVR (driving record) check.

Work Environment:

• Work could be performed in environments that are not heated or air-conditioned, and may be indoors or outdoors, depending on weather conditions.
• Physical demands include lifting 60-80 pounds, climbing ladders (28-36 feet), kneeling, crawling, and bending.
