Ferguson is currently seeking an individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Support Representative - HVAC Dual Trade. This full-time role offers a regular schedule of Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a rotating Saturday shift from 7:30am to 12:00pm. The position is eligible for a bonus or incentive plan. The pay range is $18.71 - $29.92 per hour.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales associates to determine and support customer needs.
• Ensure delivery of personalized service through timely quotes and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate customer deliveries and respond to sales calls and inquiries.
• Address and resolve customer questions or concerns effectively.
• Use CRM and phone systems to manage customer interactions.

Required Experience

• 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• HVAC industry knowledge is a plus.
• Strong sales skills and ability to upsell.
• Proven ability to respond quickly and make timely decisions.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with follow-through on commitments.
• Customer service-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general digital literacy.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and systems.
