Pay: Up to $22 an hour or more

Primary Responsibilities

• Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers

• Build strong customer relationships through service and communication

• Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure seamless performance

• Perform indoor and outdoor tasks at residential and commercial properties

• Follow all safety guidelines during installation and service work

• Recommend appropriate products and solutions to meet customer needs

• Maintain a highly independent workflow while delivering exceptional service

Required Experience

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Must be comfortable working independently and multitasking

• Experience in customer service or technical service is a plus

• Willingness to learn and master new technologies

• Must be able to climb ladders and lift 60–80 pounds

• Must meet manufacturer’s safety requirements (technician’s body weight + 25 lbs must not exceed 375 pounds)

• Must pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and MVR (driving record) check

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings

Work Environment

• Work may occur in environments without heating or air conditioning

• Indoor and outdoor work regardless of weather conditions

• Requires climbing ladders (28–36 feet), kneeling, crawling, bending, and lifting heavy equipment

• Strict adherence to safety protocols is required in this safety-sensitive role
