Ferguson is seeking an Installation Associate (Entry Level - Appliances) to deliver, install, and remove a wide variety of appliances in commercial and residential settings. This role offers a strong work/life balance, full company-paid training, competitive compensation ($19.93 – $29.90/hour), and eligibility for bonus/incentive plans. Hours are Monday to Friday, 5:00 am – 1:30 pm, with overtime as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installations with training provided for custom installations.
• Handle and install gas and electric household appliances (washers, dryers, ranges, refrigerators).
• Ensure appliances are damage-free, accurately installed per manufacturer specifications, and fully functioning.
• Provide professional customer service to builders, designers, and on-site customers.
• Attend company-paid training seminars and certifications to stay current on products.
• Perform delivery and driver responsibilities.

Required Experience

• 1+ years of appliance delivery and installation service preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to obtain or possess a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs frequently and 90+ lbs occasionally with lifting equipment assistance.
• Strong customer service and mechanical skills with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Work Environment / Working Conditions

• Monday–Friday schedule, 5:00 am – 1:30 pm, plus overtime as needed.
• Frequent lifting of heavy objects with the use of specialized equipment.
• Combination of warehouse, delivery, and residential/commercial job site environments.
