In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of advanced home technologies, including satellite dishes, home security, and smart home automation. You’ll ensure a seamless customer experience through troubleshooting and fostering positive relationships. Pay: Up to $22 an hour or more.

Primary Responsibilities

• Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers at customer residences and commercial buildings
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Advise and recommend the best solutions and products based on customer needs
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment
• Foster positive relationships with customers to build trust and ensure satisfaction
• Perform indoor and outdoor tasks, including climbing ladders and working in various weather conditions

Required Experience

• Experience in customer service or a related field
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Ability to work independently and multi-task
• Knowledge of or motivation to learn the latest technologies
• A valid driver’s license
• Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to acquire one.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Work Environment

• The role requires the ability to work in various environments, both indoors and outdoors, in conditions that may not be heated or air-conditioned
• Work may require kneeling, crawling, bending, or working in positions that may be uncomfortable
• Must be able to lift 60-80 pounds and climb ladders up to 36 feet
