MasTec Advanced Technologies is seeking Fiber Installation Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-speed cable TV, phone, and internet installation to residential and commercial customers. Competitive pay rate of $22 - $24 per hour. Primary Responsibilities

• Install, splice, repair, and terminate fiber-optic cables and connectors in both indoor and outdoor settings with new and existing infrastructure.
• Maintain detailed records of installations, repairs, and equipment used. Generate accurate reports on work completed and document network configurations.
• Apply personal ethics, honesty, initiative, flexibility, and responsibility in the performance of work assignments.
• Ensure the highest quality of service to promote superior customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures in this safety-sensitive role.

Required Experience

• Ability to lift 60-80 pounds and climb 28-36 foot ladders.
• Experience working with fiber-optic cables is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and MVR (driving record) check.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends or evenings.
