Job Description & Requirements
Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Pipe Yard Associate at its Waterworks location in West Lebanon, NH. This entry-level role involves both warehouse work and outdoor duties in the pipe yard, requiring year-round exposure to all weather conditions. The position offers a pay range of $15.61 – $23.41 per hour and is eligible for a bonus or incentive plan. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some overtime as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
- Safely operate both stand-up (order selector/cherry picker) and sit-down forklifts to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
- Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and large piping.
- Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material.
- Effectively receive and store inventory.
- Work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE and a safety harness (maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs).
Required Experience
- Warehouse operations background (shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory) preferred.
- Forklift operator experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. by hand and more than 50 lbs. with equipment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- General computer skills for basic data entry.
- Pre-employment drug and background screening required.
Work Environment
- Work performed in a warehouse and outdoors in the pipe yard, year-round.
- Exposure to all weather conditions and temperatures.
