Primary Responsibilities

Assemble fixtures, mount electronic components, and install them into larger assemblies or casings.

Ensure proper installation of electric wiring, test or troubleshoot equipment before service.

Assemble components by hand or with small tools such as power drills, crimps, wire strippers, screws, bolts, rivets, press fits, or similar hand tools.

Follow all security rules and safety policies.

Follow instructions and quality guidelines.

Learn and perform manual tool operations.

Maintain attention to detail when completing work efforts.

Work collaboratively in a team environment.

Maintain a positive attitude and be self-motivated.
Required Experience

Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment with specialized configurations.

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Excellent organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.

Good communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Fast and self-initiating learner.

Able to perform basic mathematics.
Preferred Skills and Experience

Bi-Lingual: English / Spanish.

Some electronic experience.

Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Able to read and understand English.
Required Education

High School Graduate
