Job Description & Requirements

The Senior On‑Site Service Specialist operates advanced 2D/3D print and high‑volume copy equipment, troubleshoots issues, manages job tickets and inventory, and lends light facilities or reception support to deliver reliable, efficient service for Ricoh’s clients.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Operate high‑volume 2D/3D print and copy equipment with consistent quality and efficiency.

  • Troubleshoot equipment problems; escalate complex technical issues as needed.

  • Provide front‑line customer service—manage inquiries, coordinate service requests, and oversee job completion.

  • Maintain production records, control inventory, and process billing for completed work.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, on‑time delivery of finished jobs.

  • Support building operations (meeting‑room setups, light maintenance, reception/front‑desk coverage).

  • Follow all safety protocols; keep the work area clean, organized, and secure.

Required Experience

  • 1+ year in print production, customer support, or related operational roles.

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

  • Strong communication and customer‑service abilities; adept at multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Preferred: experience with high‑volume copy/print equipment, basic electronics/copier repair, valid driver’s license with required insurance.

Required Education

  • High‑school diploma or GED.
