Job Description & Requirements

This position offers a $1,000 Sign On Bonus for new Ricoh team members! Responsible for the efficient and professional pick-up, relocation, and delivery of office equipment. The role may include installation, networking of gear, and basic customer training. Must meet all federal DOT requirements and follow Ricoh’s Delivery Safety Standards.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Safely deliver equipment to designated locations.

  • Maintain vehicle logbooks in compliance with DOT regulations.

  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections ensuring vehicle safety and cleanliness.

  • Minimize costs by picking up products during deliveries.

  • Perform basic installations (IP setup, print drivers, etc.) and train customers on equipment usage.

  • Participate in Safety Programs and pre-call customers as needed.

  • Meet productivity standards based on workload and experience.

  • Provide technical and customer service feedback to support teams.

  • Accurately process paperwork and capture electronic signatures.

  • Properly load and secure equipment in the vehicle.

  • Train new drivers on product handling and loading procedures.

  • Report incidents or accidents following company guidelines.

  • Conduct inventory reconciliation and cycle counts.

  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, stair climbers, and pallet jacks.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

Required Experience

  • Minimum of two years of medium-duty truck driving experience.

  • Road test and a valid, current medical card required.

  • Experience with basic networking and installation of office equipment.

  • Safe driving record with history.

  • Familiarity with smartphones/tablets for electronic documentation.

Required Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Must be at least 20 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.

  • Valid CDL required if applicable per state.

Working Conditions

  • Frequent physical activity including stooping, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 100 lbs.

  • Equipment movement may involve loads up to 1000 lbs.

  • Work in varying environments: office, warehouse, truck.

  • Exposure to chemical solvents and cleaners.

  • Must follow proper lifting and driving procedures to avoid serious injury.

  • Overnight stays may be required based on DOT rules or peak periods.

  • Requires independent work and physical stamina.
