Job Description & Requirements

Join Ferguson as a CDL Driver and enjoy a weekday schedule with no nights or weekends. This position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $19.26 to $30.76 and is eligible for bonus or incentive plans. Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver materials to customers, including assistance with loading/unloading and ensuring ticket accuracy
  • Pick up customer returns and validate products for credit
  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck, and report issues
  • Follow all DOT standards and company safety policies
  • Support warehouse operations by preparing shipments, receiving, verifying, and stocking materials
  • Wear appropriate PPE, including a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs
  • Ability to work overtime as needed

Required Experience

  • 1–3 years of commercial truck driving experience strongly preferred
  • Background in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and delivery is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Comfortable using basic technology (e.g., iPads)

Required Education

  • Valid CDL and DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain)
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must meet and maintain all CDL requirements

Work Environment

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Must pass pre-employment drug and background screening
