Ferguson is currently seeking an individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Support Representative. This full-time role offers a starting rate of $22.00 per hour, with the potential to earn more based on experience. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This role is also eligible for a bonus or incentive plan.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the Residential Trade Group by working with sales associates to meet customer needs and provide product solutions.
• Deliver personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls, providing information and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems and phone systems effectively.

Required Experience

• Industry experience in Plumbing/HVAC preferred.
• 0–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell.
• Proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced environments and following through on commitments.
• Customer service–oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
• General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.
