Job Description & Requirements
Ferguson is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. This full-time position offers a starting pay of $18/hr (DOE) and follows a Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST schedule. The Warehouse Associate will play a key role in safely operating warehouse equipment, handling materials, and supporting efficient order fulfillment processes.
Primary Responsibilities

Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.

Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.

Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.

Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming materials in a timely manner.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace; participate in facility cleanliness and safety initiatives.
Required Experience
-
2–5 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management preferred.

Order picker and PIT equipment experience strongly preferred.

High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, dependability, and strong work ethic.

Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn systems and processes.

Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Pre-employment drug and background screening required.
Work Environment

Fast-paced warehouse setting requiring adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.

Regular lifting and operation of warehouse equipment (stand-up forklift, order picker).
