Comcast is seeking a Retail Sales Professional to join our team, offering a base pay of $14.55 per hour with the potential to earn a total of $22.24+ per hour, including commissions. Primary Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers in a retail location to evaluate their product needs and make appropriate recommendations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with interpreting their account statements and paying bills.
- Solve customer issues, answer questions, assist with account upgrades, and process service requests.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Comcast products, services, and competitive offerings.
- Contribute to a fun, competitive work environment and promote Comcast’s products and services to customers.
- Foster a culture of learning and development, offering product expertise and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide feedback to improve the customer experience.
Required Experience
- 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Must be able to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and stand/move around the store regularly.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance required.
Required Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
