Job Description & Requirements
The Multi-Site Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily operations, implementations, expansions, and administration of Managed Services Accounts across multiple customer locations. This position requires a versatile skill set to adapt to various industries, with responsibilities ranging from supporting site management to performing service inspections and troubleshooting customer issues. The role requires frequent travel across an assigned geographical area, and may include covering accounts 40-50 miles apart. The position demands flexibility in schedule to accommodate varying service hours.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of contracted services at customer accounts within a designated geographical area.
- Support management with process improvement, procedural testing, and compliance with operational best practices.
- Help with onboarding new team members and cross-training peers.
- Support Field Implementation Managers during new customer account implementations and service expansions.
- Assist with the development and inspection of Site Procedure Guides, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct regular inspections of site services, ensuring compliance with Ricoh and customer safety standards.
- Collect and provide feedback through surveys or other methods to improve customer satisfaction and internal processes.
- Stand in for absences or vacations of onsite personnel, including site management if needed.
- Provide customer-focused services, communicate effectively, and escalate customer issues to leadership for resolution.
- Collect data for Monthly Operations Reviews and assist in their completion.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
- 12 months of related work experience required.
- Experience with customer service in a multi-site or operational environment is preferred.
- Ability to travel and cover various locations within a 40-50 mile radius.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Education
- High school diploma required; post-high school education is encouraged and preferred.
- Valid, violation-free driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
Working Conditions
- Typically, an office or warehouse environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise levels.
- Some physical effort is required, including long periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to push or pull machines weighing up to 400 lbs.
- Frequent local car travel may be required.
- Some schedule flexibility is necessary as site hours may vary, including early mornings, late evenings, or weekends.
