At MasTec Advanced Technologies, we are seeking technicians who are passionate about technology and customer service. You will provide and install advanced home technologies, including satellite dishes, home security systems, and smart home automation. This role offers a competitive pay rate of up to $22 per hour or more, performance-based compensation, and incentives. Paid training is provided, along with high-quality tools, uniforms, work van, and gas card.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide home installation services for a variety of Smart Home solutions, including TV mounts, sound bars, smart locks, video doorbells, and thermostats.
• Recommend and advise customers on the best solutions for their needs.
• Ensure all installations are completed correctly and safely.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols in this safety-sensitive role.
• Work independently with a focus on high-quality customer service and technology solutions.
• Participate in continuous learning to keep up with new technologies and products.

Required Experience

• Experience with home technology installations is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to climb ladders and perform physical tasks.
• Experience with tools and equipment used in home installations is beneficial.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and products.
• A valid driver’s license.

Work Environment

• Work may be performed in environments that are not heated or air-conditioned, with the potential for indoor or outdoor tasks.
• The role may require physical activities such as kneeling, crawling, bending, and lifting up to 60-80 pounds.
• Must be able to climb 28-36 foot ladders.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings.
