Job Description & Requirements

Ferguson is seeking a Supply Chain Customer Service Representative for a full-time position in Portland, OR. This role offers a competitive pay range of $15.00 - $22.77 per hour and is eligible for bonus or incentive plans. Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate within DC Customer Service (DCCS) Service Now portal to provide accurate and thorough information to branches
  • Answer incoming calls and log requests in Service Now
  • Respond to branch inquiries with detailed information
  • Track requests with vendors and DCs for status updates
  • Cancel orders within Trilogie/Highjump and with vendors as needed
  • Update shipping addresses and methods as requested
  • Re-consign freight with carriers when necessary
  • Educate the field on policies and procedures within Supply Chain
  • Communicate operational issues and help identify efficiency improvements
  • Represent the company professionally while providing quality customer service
  • Abide by company policies, safety rules, and regulations
  • Support corporate programs and initiatives
  • Work overtime as needed and perform other duties as assigned

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS),
