At MasTec Advanced Technologies, you’ll be providing and installing advanced home technologies, including satellite dishes, home security, and smart home automation systems. Pay: Up to $22 per hour or more.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide and install a range of home technologies, including TV mounts, sound bars, speakers, door locks, smart speakers, video doorbells, and smart thermostats.
• Recommend and install smart home solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service and attention to detail.
• Work independently while managing multiple installations.
• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with new technology and products.

Required Experience:

• Experience or motivation to learn home technology installation, including smart home products.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in customer-facing roles.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Work Environment:

• The job may involve working in environments that are not heated or air-conditioned.
• Work may take place indoors or outdoors, dependent on the weather.
• May require kneeling, crawling, bending, or other positions that could be uncomfortable.
• Essential functions of the job require climbing ladders, lifting up to 60-80 pounds, and carrying tools/equipment up to 375 pounds.
