MasTec Advanced Technologies is seeking a skilled and motivated technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of satellite dishes, receivers, and other home technology products. You will have the opportunity to earn competitive wages, with performance-based compensation and incentives. The pay for this role is up to $22 an hour or more, based on performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers at residential and commercial locations.
• Provide excellent customer service by troubleshooting and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Work both indoors and outdoors, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
• Advise and recommend technology solutions and products to customers.
• Maintain and operate equipment, ensuring safety standards are met at all times.
• Handle and transport tools and equipment, including climbing ladders and performing physical tasks.

Required Experience:

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in home installation or a related field is a plus, but not required.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record are necessary.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
